Learn more about the 7th Tapas Route through Colmenar Viejo

During the month of November, Colmenar Viejo celebrates one of its most anticipated gastronomic events: the VII Tapas Route , a culinary experience that brings together locals and visitors to enjoy the best local creations and participate in an exciting prize draw.
For a single price of €3.50, participants can enjoy a tapa accompanied by a drink (beer, soft drink or house wine), making each stop a perfect opportunity to savor the best of Colmenar's gastronomy.
What can you do on the Tapas Route?
The Route offers multiple options for everyone to enjoy:
Discover the participating restaurants, their specialties and their exclusive offers in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Try a wide variety of tapas, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and many more options.
Vote for your favorite tapas and be in with a chance to win amazing prizes.
The tapas can be rated in four categories, scored from 1 to 5 stars:
Presentation, Quality, Originality and Elaboration.
How to register and participate?
Participating in the Route is very simple. You just have to:
Register for free on the website rutadelatapacolmenarviejo.es and create your digital ballot.
Visit the participating restaurants.
Scan the QR code of each establishment to obtain a stamp.
By collecting 4 stamps, you can vote for your favorite lid and automatically enter the prize draw.
The stamps will be available during the weekends of:
November 7–9, 14–16, 21–23 and 28–30 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
The draw will take place on December 2nd, and the winners will enjoy their prizes during the special weekend of December 12th to 14th.
Official Awards
15 double meals (for two people), valued at €80 each.
Awards for the 3 Best Tapas, with Institutional Plaque and official recognition awarded by ASEYACOVI and the Colmenar Viejo City Council.
