Use of photo and media access permissions
The application "Todo Está en Colmenar Viejo" requests access to the images stored on the user's device for the sole purpose of allowing the voluntary uploading of photographs associated with a business listing within the directory.
Purpose of the permit
Access to photos and multimedia content is used exclusively for:

Allow the user to manually select images from their device.

Upload these images to your business's public profile on the platform.

Display the selected images in the establishment's listing within the directory.
This permission is only requested when the user takes an explicit action to add or modify photographs in their business profile.
Scope of access
The application:

It does not access, collect, scan, or analyze the entire contents of the user's gallery.

It does not perform automatic, continuous, or background access to multimedia files.

It does not store images other than those expressly selected by the user.

It does not use the images for advertising, analytical or other purposes than those described.
Access is strictly limited to the files that the user voluntarily selects using the system's file selector.
Optional character
Uploading photos is completely optional. Users can complete their business registration without granting image access permissions or uploading multimedia content.
Treatment and preservation
The images selected by the user:

They are stored on the platform's servers solely for viewing within the directory.

They are associated exclusively with the profile of the corresponding business.

They can be modified or deleted by the user at any time.
The application does not share images with third parties unrelated to the provision of the service, except where legally required.
Using the camera
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), we inform you that our application/website may request access to your device's camera exclusively for the QR code scanning functionality.
Camera access is used only in real time to identify the QR code and provide the service requested by the user.
Under no circumstances are images or videos captured, stored or processed, nor is any other content on the device accessed.
Permission to use the camera is completely optional and can be managed or revoked at any time from your device settings.
